With two bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen will provide you will all the space and amenity necessary for your group (max 5 guests), offering versatile bedding in the master of either a king or two singles. The second room has a double bed and a single bunk bed (above the double).
undercover parking for one vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.05m.
All guests will be met on arrival by the host. They only need to arrange to get themselves to the front door.
Interaction with Guests
I don't interact with my guests, only when they request interaction, ie. directions to somewhere, or sightseeing advice etc...

There is a $99 cleaning/extras fee for all bookings, it's is combination of a cleaning fee and laundry fee to professionally launder your bedding and towels.We hire a independent professional cleaning contractor for you on a job by job basis . Fee can be slightly higher for longer stays
For the private apartment/home short stay industry it's a standard practice to itemise these costs and is usually a simple formula of Nightly Rate (with standard occupancy up to 4 guests staying) + Exit cleaning/laundry cost ($99). For traditional hotels and serviced apartments, these costs are built into their accommodation rates, they don't itemised costs, where we do as it's industry standard practice and aids transparency.
